How do you make a winter wedding look and feel like summer? Get married in a greenhouse! For Felicia and Jeff, Madsen’s Greenhouse and Chapel was the perfect place for their winter wedding. The two decided to have their wedding at Madsens greenhouse after seeing one of my other weddings at the same venue. The lush greenery and twinkle lights made this intimate Madsen’s Greenhouse wedding feel elegant and tropical.
About Felicia and Jeff
Felicia and Jeff met in a way you think only happens in romantic comedies. Jeff was hanging out with his friends at Joeys restaurant when Felicia walked by. Jeff’s friend (and now best man), Jason convinced her to join them at their table. She obliged and spent the evening chatting with them. There was instant chemistry between her and Jeff. These two speak to each other in a steady stream of sarcastic, witty remarks. Watching the two of them together it’s rare when they aren’t laughing or cuddling. Photographing their wedding left me feeling all the warm fuzzies.
A Wedding at Madsen’s Greenhouse
As an avid reader Felicia wanted to include her love for books in the decor of her wedding. In place of a seating chart a table with open books had each table number and guests’ name. Instead of the usual floral bouquets and boutonnieres she had paper flowers made from pages of books.
