Late one Friday night I got a call from Sin & Jose. They called me from their car frantically pulling together last minute details for their nuptials the next night. Between friends flying in and the usual wedding preparations they forgot to find a wedding photographer. I was the missing puzzle piece in their plans. I didn’t mind the last minute casualness of it all. Sometimes the best decisions are made when you have a split second to decide. When asked how they felt about being photographed on their big day there was a pause on the other end of the phone. “Well we’re not models… but we are very elegant!” yelled Sin. How could you not laugh at that?! I happily accepted and joined them with 18 of their closest friends at the adorable Parisian restaurant, Le Neuf Cafe Saturday night.
Sin and Jose are one of those amazingly, happy couples that you think are in the beginning stages of new love until you find out they’ve actually been together 14 years! Their love story started in Miami and has brought them all over North America. They laugh constantly, whisper inside jokes to one another and still make the other blush. From the monkey face Jose made for Sin on their very first date that still makes him laugh to the tales of Sin’s cooking they are truly a happily ever after story.
